| “My wife and I stopped in earlier today looking for choc chip cookies that we had about a month ago, but have not seen since. Rachel was in the bakery and saw me wandering around. She asked if I needed anything and I asked her about the cookies. She took my inquiry surprisingly seriously and was able to figure out that I had a cookie that was the equivalent of 3 normal size cookies combined. She put those in the oven for us and said we could have them custom made anytime we needed. Her customer service was simply mind-blowing. You just don’t find that anymore today. She is a rock star.”

| “I visited then local store on a mission for sweet citrus. I had Halos in the cart and went back to the non packaged citrus. I was looking intently when a sweeper (Francis) accidentally startled me. I had espresso earlier, so I was animated in my reaction. Francis was extremely apologetic. I asked Francis if she had tried the bulk mandarins, and she had not. She suggested I try one. I did. OMG, it was beyond delicious. I offered Francis a section, but she declined. I loaded up on the mandarins and am thinking of going back for more. A very pleasant experience!!! Made my day!!!”

Taylor twice went above and beyond to give me the greatest customer service ever.”
