It’s that time of year – goal setting for 2025.
This year, we’ve made an important shift: part of the short-term incentive in the Store Support Office is now tied to company performance—not just individual results. Why? Because when we focus on the same outcomes, we make a bigger impact, and we do it together!
If you’re in a store or supply chain role, you’ll continue working toward the goals set by your leaders—just like you’ve been doing.
If you’re setting individual goals this month, connect with your leader to make sure you understand the priorities for your team, your department, and Sprouts as a whole. Great goals don’t just reflect your role—they support something bigger.
Reflection:
- What’s the work that matters most this year for me, my team, and Sprouts?
- How do my goals support what my leader and department are driving toward?
- What does success look like—and how will I know I’ve made an impact?
Action:
Use the SMART framework to write strong, focused goals—and enter them in Workday by April 16.
