SproutsCon is an exciting event each year where Store and Department Managers from across the country gather to learn, connect with their peers, receive special recognition, and have a little fun, too! This year, SproutsCon attendees showed up in their ‘Best of Disney’ attire!
There were several awards passed out this year including the Values Awards, the Store Manager of the Year Awards, the GEM Awards (which stands for “Going the Extra Mile”), Living Our Purpose Award, and a Spirit Award! This year, we also recognized Sprouts newest Team Member Resource Group (TMRG), Honored to Serve.

Spirit Award
What would SproutsCon be without a little fun? Each SproutsCon has its own “spirit theme” for the Awards Dinner. This year, since SproutsCon was held at Disney, we asked team members from each Region to come dress as their “Best of Disney.” Teams went all out with costumes, and at the Awards Ceremony, we ask each Region to whoop it up to see who has the most exuberant spirit! This year, the traveling trophy was presented to D45 Nevada South with District Director John Goldyn leading his teams!
For the first time ever, a Region Spirit Award was presented to the Central Region! Congratulations to Regional Vice President Tarik Stewart and his region for winning the inaugural Region Spirit Award!
