We’re excited to share the release of our 2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report that highlights the great work teams across the Sprouts business are doing to support environmental and social wellbeing. We’re particularly proud of the work we’ve done this past year to improve our offering of sustainably and responsibly sourced products that resonate with our target customers, eliminating waste and fighting hunger in the communities we serve, and reducing our carbon and plastic footprint for the benefit of the planet.
Our ESG efforts have been recognized by a broad range of stakeholders, including by reputable agencies like MSCI which awarded Sprouts a top ‘AAA’ rating, and Corporate Knights which ranked Sprouts one of the 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World.
We’re also happy to share that Brandon Lombardi, our Chief Legal Officer, who has led our sustainability department since its formation in 2014, is now also our Chief Sustainability Officer.
