SproutsCon 2025: That’s A Wrap!
From August 17-19, Sprouties from across the country gathered in Nashville, TN for SproutsCon 2025 – a week designed to inspire, educate, and celebrate our shared purpose: We help people live and eat better. This year’s theme—Purpose in Action. Coaching for Growth. — was more than a message; it was a movement.

The weekend began with team member registration and a vibrant showcase of Activation Booths featuring innovations from Sprouts Rewards, TMRGs, IT, and more. Vendors arrived and set up for the tradeshow, while the evening brought us together for a Dinner Reception at the Opry House Plaza, followed by an exclusive show at the legendary Opry House—a perfect blend of celebration and connection.

We kicked off Monday with a powerful General Session where our Executive Leadership Team reminded us why we do what we do. Regional coaching breakouts gave Managers the chance to dive deep into leadership strategies tailored to their teams.
The afternoon buzzed with excitement as the Tradeshow opened, including a special Deli Holiday Booth showcasing seasonal offerings … and celebrity guests!

The day wrapped up with our Dinner & Awards Ceremony, where districts showed off their Nashville-best! Denim, cowboy boots, bolo ties, you name it!

Tuesday featured department-specific breakout sessions for Grocery, Vitamins & Body Care, Deli, and Store Managers. These sessions brought coaching concepts to life and provided actionable insights to take back to stores. Across all breakout sessions, three key themes emerged:
- Coaching: Building stronger teams through intentional development.
- Driving Sales: Leveraging tools and strategies to grow our business.
- Sprouts Rewards: Engaging customers and increasing loyalty.
In our final General Session, we heard from special guest speaker, Jay Shetty. Stay tuned to hear his whole keynote discussion on coaching and feedback!

SproutsCon 2025 was packed with energy, inspiration, and powerful reminders of our shared purpose. Now it’s time to carry that momentum back to your store. Whether it’s coaching your team, driving sales, or engaging customers through Sprouts Rewards, you have the tools to succeed.
Stay tuned on The Vine for more resources, photos, and videos from the weekend. Let’s keep the spirit alive—because what happens at SproutsCon doesn’t stay at SproutsCon!
Sneak Peek: Next week we are excited to share Jack’s Mainstage Presentation.

Celebrating Stores #671 and #859
On July 11, 2025, we proudly opened the doors at Store #671 in Ocala, FL!
What an incredible debut—over 600 enthusiastic customers lined up early Friday morning to welcome the very first Sprouts in the area, located 26 miles from the nearest store. The excitement was palpable, especially among Ocala’s large retired community, whose availability helped make the Friday opening a true celebration.
To build momentum, three billboards launched five weeks ahead of opening—two weeks earlier than usual—boosting brand and store awareness across the expansive trade area. The strategy paid off: Store #671 exceeded its goals for sales, basket size, and transactions during grand opening weekend!
Sprouts also made headlines in the Ocala Gazette on opening day, kicking off a nine-week print, digital, and email campaign tailored to the older demographic in the region who prefer traditional media. With strong community buzz and a smart marketing push, Ocala is off to a fantastic start!

On July 25, 2025, we officially opened the doors at Store #859 in Montgomeryville, PA!
The energy was electric as around 440 customers streamed in right at 7am to kick off Grand Opening weekend. Many expressed excitement about having a Sprouts conveniently closer to home, and the enthusiasm didn’t stop there.
Thanks to a successful store team training, employees were well-prepared and knowledgeable. The launch of Sprouts Rewards from day one proved to be a game-changer, with customers highly engaged and eager to sign up. One even broke into a dance after downloading the app!
Having a dedicated loyalty team member on-site made a big impact, helping customers navigate sign-ups, update zip codes, and locate barcodes. Special shoutouts go to Brian (Bakery Manager), Savannah (Sales Ambassador), and Ryan (SCO Host) for their proactive support at the Rewards Ambassador table.
With strong community engagement and a seamless start, Montgomeryville is already feeling like home for Sprouts!
