Hello Team –
We begin this quarter with a focus on agility, innovation, and growth. Within these culture concepts, there is a lot to explore!
Our world is constantly changing, and at a rapid pace. We have new technology to learn, our customers’ expectations change, and how we get things done evolves every day to make things faster and efficient. To be a positive change agent, it’s critical that we embrace a flexible mindset to address changing conditions.
Here are some questions to ask yourself to improve your flexible mindset:
- How have you had to adapt your style in the past?
- How does your mood effect your openness to change?
- How does your mood impact the way you see others’ views or suggestions?
- What can you do to be even more adaptable? Seek feedback from your peers and your boss when something new is coming your way and you are having a hard time realizing how this change could be helpful.
- How can you make a process or our business even better? How can you share that with your leader or with the Sprouts team?
Take a moment to commit to an “I will” statement. (i.e.: I will manage my mood when presented with a point of view that is different from mine.) Reflect on this statement over the quarter as you address change and work on your flexible mindset.
As we begin a focus on agility, innovation, and growth, please do not lose sight of coaching and feedback. We still have opportunity to build our leadership capabilities during the “year of coaching” to best support our teams.
