California Only:
- TM Illness Questionnaire ticket is needed for Positive Cases: If a team member tests positive for COVID-19, please submit a TM Illness Questionnaire ticket.
- Quarantine no longer required: Team members who test positive should isolate themselves and may return to work if symptoms are improving and if they have been fever-free for 24 hours.
- LA County only: We will be sending out a new updated COVID Guidance letter to team members in LA County who test positive or are in close contact with a positive case.
- All California Counties (excluding LA County): Team Members outside LA County will only receive an updated COVID Guidance letter if they have been in close contact with a positive case.
- Facemask Recommended, Not Required: Please note that facemasks are recommended not required if you are exposed to a close contact or recently tested positive.
- Remote Team Members: Team members should report a positive case only if they have recently visited a store.
All States Outside of California:
- No Ticket Needed for a Positive Case: Team members outside of California do not need to open a ticket for COVID cases.
- Quarantine not required: Team members who test positive should isolate themselves and may return to work if symptoms are improving and if they have been fever-free for 24 hours.
- Notification of Close Contacts: In the event of close contact with a positive case, the store needs to notify the Team Member to monitor for possible symptoms.
- Reporting TM Hospitalization or Death: In the unfortunate event of a team member hospitalization or has died due to COVID-19, stores must notify the Wellness team immediately at WellnessResponseTeam@sprouts.com.
- Extra Cleaning During Increased COVID Cases: Please remain vigilant about extra cleaning procedures in the event of an increase in COVID-19 cases.
Support Office
- No ticket needed for COVID cases: If you experience symptoms of COVID-19, you no longer need to open a Team Member Illness Questionnaire ticket.
- Quarantine not required: Team members who test positive should isolate themselves and may return to work once your symptoms are improving and you have been fever-free for 24 hours.
- Notification of Close Contacts: In the event of close contact with a positive case, supervisor needs to notify the team member to monitor any possible symptoms.
- Reporting Team Member Hospitalization or Death: In the unfortunate event of a team member hospitalization or death due to COVID-19, please notify the Wellness team promptly at WellnessResponseTeam@sprouts.com.
- Extra Cleaning During Influx of COVID Cases: Please remain vigilant about extra cleaning procedures in the event of an increase in COVID-19 cases
